Its exact age is unknown, as it has undergone numerous modifications throughout history, none of which are recorded in the town hall records.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the renovation work on the house and surrounding area, several copper coins minted in 1743 were found between one of the stone walls, which may give an idea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rural essence of the house was taken into account in the restoration of the building, so as not to lose its charm, and the building's own characteristics were maintained, such as the Roman oven located in the dining room, the house's former butcher's shop (chestnut dryer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The rooms are located in what were once barns and stables. The house also features an organic garden and the estate's former gardens.
